Setting up a new router with an old static IP is fairly easy. You just set it up the same way you would with out a static IP with only one difference. After installation, call us at 1.800.924.7662 ext 231, and give us the CPE Mac address to the router. You may also have to hardwire the IP address into the router itself, if it is not installed when you call.
